We called these guys by chance, only because the original company we contacted (Emergency Pest Control Vaughan) never showed up and made all sorts of excuses. Who knew we’d be even more satisfied with Quality Affordable Pest Control. Joe and Rocky showed up for the agreed timeframe and quickly tended to our issues. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care, sensitivity and understanding they have towards their customers. They went above and beyond to explain the issue, treating it and how to maintain things going forward. And as an added bonus and a kind gesture, they included extra mice traps free of charge!
